More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
